There are four goals to a successful conquest on the world of Sularia. Last week we learned that the first was to gain influence. But what's the value in being influential without a domain to lord it from or a base of operations from which to issue commands? That's why today's step #2 is establishing sites. Now that we've mustered the man power, it's time to put it to good use building perimeter defenses, foundries of war, and soaring citadels!
If you're wondering why, where, or how we're going to build our burgeoning domain, be sure to check out this Wednesday's feature which discusses all the intricacies of how to establish sites, where you're going to put them, and why you need them in the battle to come.
For now, I think it's time we met the grand architect and mastermind of the Synthien's ever expanding structural empire - Novum Spero.
As a three-drop, Novum deploys quickly and begins giving you huge resource benefits the very next turn, both lowering the cost of your next site and putting a sularium in your coffers by reducing the negative generation of a combatant you control. All of this on a very reasonable 2/5 body!
That's it for today, we'll see you back here all this week as we take a closer look at the cards in the Battle for Sularia!
